VisualPro ("the App", "we", "us", "our") is operated by GNX Digital (https://gnxdigital.com). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

a) Account information. When you sign up or log in, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo if you use Google Sign-In, along with a unique user ID. Authentication is handled by Google Firebase Authentication.

b) Content you provide. Information you enter or upload in the App, such as content, notes, and settings you create.

c) Photos and videos. If you choose to attach or select images or videos, the App accesses only the files you select, or your media library where you grant permission.

d) Location information. With your permission, we collect your approximate or precise device location to provide location-based features in the App. You can turn off location access in your device settings at any time.

e) Device and technical information. We may collect device type, operating system version, app version, IP address, and crash or diagnostic data to keep the App secure and working.

f) Notifications. If you allow notifications, we use them to send you alerts and updates relevant to the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you

• To provide, operate, and improve the App's features

• To sync your data across sessions and devices

• To send service-related notifications

• To keep the App secure and prevent fraud or abuse

• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Background Activity

The App may run a background (foreground) service to keep data synchronized or complete tasks while the App is not on screen. It may also restart after your device reboots. You can disable this through your device's battery and app settings, though some features may stop working.

4. Third-Party Services

The App relies on trusted providers that process data on our behalf:

• Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore) for login and data storage

• Google Sign-In / Google Play Services

These providers have their own privacy policies:

• Firebase: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

• Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy

5. Data Sharing

We share information only:

• With the service providers listed above, to operate the App

• If required by law, court order, or government request

• To protect our rights, users, or safety

• In a merger or acquisition, with notice to you

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers, which may be located outside your country. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

7. Data Retention

We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account or ask us to delete your data, we remove it within 30 days, except where we must keep it for legal reasons.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You can access, correct, or delete your information, withdraw permissions (location, media, notifications) in your device settings, and request account deletion by emailing support@gnxdigital.com. Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR, CCPA, or India's DPDP Act), you may have additional rights, and we will honor valid requests.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 (or 16 in some regions). We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Professional Use

VisualPro is intended for professional use. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Users must not enter patient-identifiable health information into the App.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App means you accept the changes.
