How We Work — From First Call to Final Delivery

No physical meetings. No confusing process. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you contact us to the moment your visual aid is in your hands.

THE 5 STEPS

Step 3 — You choose: Print or Digital

Call or WhatsApp us with your product details. We need:

Product name and composition (molecule / active ingredients)
Key claims you want to make
The doctor speciality your MR visits
Your company name and branding (logo, brand colours) — if you have them

That's enough to get started. If you're not sure about something, we'll ask you on the call. This takes 10–15 minutes.

Get a Quote

Step 1 — Share your brief

For digital orders: Files are emailed directly to you. You pay the remaining 50% on receiving the files.

For print orders: Copies are couriered to your address. You pay the remaining 50% before dispatch.

Step 2 — We design your visual aid

Step 4 — Pay 50% advance to confirm

Once we have your brief, our team gets to work. We build the layout — clinical visuals, product story, mechanism of action, comparative data — structured the way a doctor needs to receive it.

We share a preview with you (via WhatsApp or email) within 2–3 working days. You review it and share your feedback. We revise until it's right. Most orders are approved within one or two rounds of revision.

Once the design is approved, you choose your delivery format:

Digital (PDF/PPT): We add hyperlinked navigation to every page so the file works on any tablet. Files are delivered to your inbox in 5–6 working days from design approval.

Print: We send the artwork to press and courier finished copies to your address anywhere in India. Ready in 10–15 working days from design approval.

Reprints: Already have an existing design you want reprinted? Just tell us the file, quantity, and delivery address. No design step required.

Step 5 — Receive your visual aid and pay the balance

Once you confirm your order (design approved, format chosen), we collect 50% of the total via G-Pay, CRED, PhonePe, PayTM, NEFT, or UPI. This confirms production, and we begin immediately.
