PAYMENT TERMS
Simple, transparent payment
50% advance to confirm your order Once you approve the design and confirm the format (digital or print), we collect 50% to begin production. Pay via G-Pay, PhonePe, NEFT, or UPI — whichever is convenient.
50% on delivery For digital orders: balance on receiving your files. For print orders: balance before dispatch.
No hidden charges. The price we quote is the price you pay.
WHAT AFFECTS THE FINAL PRICE
The starting prices above cover standard orders. Your final quote may vary based on:
Number of pages in the visual aid
Complexity of the design (number of custom illustrations or medical diagrams)
Print quantity (larger quantities = lower per-copy cost)
Rush timelines (if you need delivery faster than our standard turnaround)

NOTE FOR SMALL COMPANIES
We work with a lot of companies that run lean—2 or 3 people, covering one district or part of a state, running their first batch of MRs. We understand that visual aid budgets at this stage differ from those of a large company.
We're not the cheapest option, and we're not trying to be. But we price fairly for the quality we deliver—and we've kept many of the same clients for years, which we think says something.
